Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Shipping across Canada, including but not limited to: British Columbia (Victoria,
Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby), Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary, Strathcona County),
Saskatchewan (Regina, Saskatoon, Prince Albert), Manitoba (Winnipeg, Brandon),
Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga, Hamilton), Quebec (Québec City, Montréal,
Laval, Gatineau), New Brunswick (Fredericton, Saint John, Moncton), Nova Scotia
(Halifax, Sydney), Prince Edward Island (Charlottetown, Summerside), Newfoundland
and Labrador (St. John’s, Conception Bay South), Yukon (Whitehorse, Dawson City),
Northwest Territories (Yellowknife, Hay River), Nunavut (Iqaluit, Arviat).

Webber Science accepts e-transfers for payment only. Please note that
transfers are accepted within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
Important: When you send your e-transfer it is essential for you to make sure to
add your order number in the message section so we can properly match your payment
to your number.
Kindly ensure you send your e-transfer promptly after placing your order. Payments not
received within 24 hours will result in your order being canceled.

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

● Express Shipping: Accelerated delivery for those requiring faster service.

Free Shipping Thresholds

● Spend $250 or more to qualify for FREE Express Shipping.

● 1-3 Day Shipping in Ontario Flat Fee $20 
● 1-3 Day Shipping out of Ontario Flat rate fee of $30
● We offer FREE expedited shipping on orders over $250
Note – It says to calculate shipping in the cart where they put in their address, but it’s a flat rate
of $20, so we can’t remove that. It should autopopulate $20.00

 

● Orders are typically processed by same day if your order was placed by noon EST.
● Processing may take slightly longer during peak periods, such as holidays or special promotions.
● Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

To ensure peace of mind, we provide tracking details for all shipments. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your order’s progress and estimated arrival time.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or high shipping demands may affect delivery timelines. Rest assured, our team works closely with shipping partners to minimize such impacts and keep you informed.
